An officially sanctioned record for the Ladies Classic!

Over 120 volunteers attended the information meeting in Plouhinec (Finistère).

Last Friday evening, around 7 p.m., Yves Thomas—president of the Pointe du Raz Ladies Classic—opened the event with great enthusiasm. He has been involved for over four years with this women’s cycling race, which has now achieved international status. The significance of the event drew volunteers who arrived eager and curious. They were issued distinctive wine-colored jerseys and the essential bucket hat, along with a personalized guide covering everything from the race route and assembly points to safety instructions—nothing was overlooked.

Fanch, Joël, and Guy clearly and precisely outline the safety instructions. Distinctive jerseys, yellow vests, whistles, the race route—nothing is overlooked. Everyone’s role is clearly explained: closing the course, the lead motorcycle, the riders, team directors, journalists, TV motorcycles, and even a helicopter and drones. The scenery unfolding before us each day will be showcased to the entire world. The road will not be opened to traffic until the famous “broom wagon” has passed. Everyone is asked to remain vigilant.
